6. Customer Responsibility

7. Account Rules and One Account Policy

Customers are permitted to maintain only one account with BC Kratom.

Creating multiple accounts, using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or shipping addresses to bypass account restrictions, promotional limits, order limits, fraud controls, bans, or other policies is strictly prohibited.

BC Kratom reserves the right to suspend, close, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, including but not limited to accounts suspected of:

1. Creating multiple accounts;
2. Misusing products;
3. Attempting to purchase for consumption;
4. Reselling or redistributing products;
5. Providing products to minors;
6. Making false claims;
7. Abusing promotions, discounts, refunds, or guarantees;
8. Filing false or abusive chargebacks;

8. Right to Refuse, Cancel, or Limit Orders

BC Kratom reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit order quantities, restrict payment methods, request additional verification, terminate accounts, or decline future business at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Orders may be cancelled for reasons including but not limited to:

1. Suspected misuse of products;
2. Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
3. Incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious customer information;
4. Duplicate accounts;
5. Payment disputes or previous chargebacks;
6. Unavailable inventory;
7. Shipping restrictions;
8. Regulatory concerns;
9. Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, BC Kratom may issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.

9. Payment Authorization and Chargeback Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, payment, shipping, and contact information provided is accurate and complete. You authorize BC Kratom and/or its payment processor to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges shown at checkout.

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, customers agree to contact BC Kratom customer support and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback for an order that was properly authorized, processed, shipped, delivered, or otherwise fulfilled may be considered chargeback abuse. Customers who file false, abusive, or misleading chargebacks may have their accounts permanently closed and may be refused future service.

BC Kratom reserves the right to provide payment processors, banks, shipping carriers, fraud prevention services, and legal representatives with order records, tracking information, customer communications, account history, IP information, delivery confirmation, and any other relevant information needed to respond to chargebacks, fraud claims, or disputes.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

10. Shipping Address Responsibility

Orders placed on bckratom.com are shipped to the exact address provided by the customer at checkout.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is complete, accurate, accessible, secure, and safe for delivery. This includes unit numbers, buzzer codes, business names, postal codes, and any other delivery details required by the shipping carrier.

BC Kratom is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, additional shipping costs, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, unsafe, inaccessible, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is delayed, returned, redirected, or otherwise affected because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees, return fees, redirection fees, reshipment fees, or carrier charges.

11. Delivered, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once a shipping carrier marks an order as delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

BC Kratom is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, removed, damaged, or otherwise missing after the carrier has marked the package as delivered.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier will not be automatically refunded, reshipped, or replaced. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is safe and secure.

If a delivered package is missing, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and check with household members, building management, reception desks, neighbours, parcel lockers, and any other likely delivery locations.

BC Kratom may assist with carrier claims where possible, but we do not guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or refund for packages marked as delivered.

12. Shipping Delays

BC Kratom works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible; however, shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

BC Kratom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, payment review, fraud screening, or events outside of our control.

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, replacement, or chargeback.

13. Product Information, Natural Variation, and Lab Testing

BC Kratom attempts to provide accurate product information, descriptions, lot details, and general website content. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, website content, images, lab information, or other materials are complete, current, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Botanical materials may vary naturally in colour, texture, aroma, grind, consistency, and alkaloid profile. Such natural variations do not mean that a product is defective.

Any certificates of analysis, lab results, or testing information provided are for quality control and informational purposes only. They are not medical claims, consumption instructions, safety guarantees, or regulatory approvals.

14. Satisfaction Guarantee

BC Kratom offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact customer support within 30 days of the purchase date and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any requested supporting information, which may include a clear photo of the product packaging and lot number.

Depending on the situation, BC Kratom may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate solution. Refunds, replacements, and credits are handled at BC Kratom’s discretion and may be refused in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, misuse, duplicate claims, chargeback activity, violation of these Terms, or unreasonable requests.

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products that have been misused, resold, transferred, tampered with, improperly stored, intentionally damaged, or used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

15. Returns and Refunds

Any approved refund will normally be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping fees, return shipping fees, redirection fees, and carrier fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by BC Kratom.

BC Kratom reserves the right to require product return, photos, lot number verification, or other supporting information before approving a refund, credit, or replacement.
