We ship from our warehouse just outside Chilliwack, BC.

For the moment, we are looking to serve only the  Canadian market. Once we have a strong foothold and a stable client base, we will look to expand into selling to other markets.

We accept Interac E-Transfers sent to sales@bckratom.com.

We’ll be looking to add more payment methods, over the coming months. 

If you need help with completing  payment please send us an email to support@bckratom.com for help and if you do not know how to send any an Interact E-Transfer, please consult your bank’s information page for instructions on setting yourself up to use this incredibly convenient and safe payment method!

All our boxes are plain without any markings. The return address shows our address with the company name Elite Empire Marketing.

As soon as we purchase your shipping label in our shipping platform, a tracking number will automatically be sent to the e-mail provided to us either through your registered account, or your guest checkout. The subject of the e-mail should indicate the order is Completed. Within that e-mail, you will find your tracking number.

No need to worry, we understand the internet can be a scary place and information theft is a real threat. We ensure the security of client information through SSL security certificates. That’s why our site says https at the top!
