Here at BC Kratom, every order that we receive is carefully packaged and shipped from our facility in beautiful Chilliwack, BC just east of Vancouver.
As a small Canadian vendor, we understand that placing an order online means sharing trust. Whether you’re a first-time customer or you’ve been a part of the BCK community for years, we will always make sure the shipping process is as simple, transparent and easy as possible.
To help with that, we’ve created this page as a guide to answer some of the most common questions we receive about shipping and what to do if something doesn’t go exactly as planned.

Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping
We know how exciting it can be to place an order and await the shipping confirmation email. Our team works hard to promptly process orders and get them moving as quickly as possible.
All orders are shipped discreetly with no mention of kratom or the items in your package.
Team BCK Tip Need to make a change to your order?
The earlier you contact us, the better. Once a shipment has been processed and handed to the carrier, changes become significantly more difficult and cannot be guaranteed.
Available Shipping Methods
We have built excellent relationships with our carriers: Canada Post, UPS and Purolator. We offer the following shipping services with each:
- Expedited
- Xpresspost
- Express Saver
- Expedited
- Standard
- Express
- Ground
Shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. The most accurate shipping options, delivery times, and prices can always be found at Checkout before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
We know how tempting it is to start refreshing your tracking after receiving a confirmation email. If you don’t immediately see updates, don’t worry!
Once your order is processed, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number and link. Right away that means that your shipping label has been created at our facility. From there, your order is carefully packaged, prepared for pickup and awaiting transport to the assigned carrier depot. Your first tracking update will appear later in the day after the carrier has received and scanned your shipment into their network.
Team BCK Tip
If your tracking says “no item associated with this number,” don’t worry. This simply means the carrier hasn’t completed the first physical scan yet.
Shipping Thresholds & Free Shipping
We not only subsidize shipping costs on every order, but we also offer several FREE shipping options. We do this because we understand the importance of more affordable and accessible shipping options for our customers. Our goal is to provide reliable tracked shipping, and help keep costs as reasonable as possible.
Minimum Order Requirement
To display available shipping methods during checkout, we require a $25.00 Minimum Cart Total. If your cart total is below $25.00, available shipping methods will not appear during checkout.
Team BCK Tip
If you’re noticing that no shipping methods are available for your area at checkout, double-check your cart total first. Adding a few more products to bring your cart above $25.00 should allow the available shipping options to appear.
Please note: Applying Rewards Points to your order can sometimes reduce your cart total below a shipping threshold. For example, if your cart originally qualified for FREE shipping but you applied rewards points, it could reduce the final cart total. This will make a shipping charge appear.
If this happens, adding additional products to bring your cart total back above the threshold will restore the FREE shipping options.

Secure Delivery Options & Requests
We understand that every customer’s situation is different. Some customers live in apartment buildings, some frequently travel, and others don’t want their package left unattended. To help ensure that your order arrives as smoothly as possible, we encourage customers to use the Order Notes section at the very bottom of the Checkout Page to include information that may assist our team or the carrier with delivery (shown below).

The Order Notes section can be used for things like:
- Providing a buzzer code or access instructions for apartment buildings and gated communities
- Requesting Signature Required
- Requesting Card for Pickup service through Canada Post
- Providing special delivery instructions (where permitted by the carrier)
- Letting our team know about product preferences or special requests related to your order
Team BCK Tip
Couriers such as UPS and Purolator often cannot access secured apartment buildings without a buzzer code or access. Including that information at Checkout helps prevent delivery delays or missed delivery attempts.
Please note that delivery instructions such as “leave behind gate,” “leave on side porch,” or other specific requests are ultimately handled at the carrier’s discretion and cannot always be guaranteed.
Signature Required
For those looking for an additional layer of security with their delivery, Signature Required may be available upon request. Please note: The carrier will generally require the receiver to be physically available at the delivery address to accept the shipment in order for the package to be released.
Signature Required may be beneficial for:
- Apartment buildings
- High-value orders
- Customers concerned about package theft
Team BCK Tip
A Signature Required shipment can help reduce the risk of unattended deliveries. However, it may also result in the carrier leaving a pickup notice if nobody is available to accept the package.
Canada Post Resources
Canada Post offers several services some customers may not realize are available to them. We don’t want you to miss out on anything that can provide additional security, flexibility, and convenience depending on your situation!
FlexDelivery™
FlexDelivery is a completely free service and provides you with a secure delivery address at participating Canada Post offices near you. Instead of shipping to your home, parcels are delivered directly to your chosen post office for pickup.
How to Sign Up for FlexDelivery
Getting started only takes a few minutes.
- Create a FREE Canada Post account or log in if you’re already registered.
- Register for FlexDelivery through Canada Post using the link below: Canada Post FlexDelivery Registration.
- Choose the Canada Post location where you’d like to pick up your parcels.
- Canada Post will provide you with a unique FlexDelivery mailing address.
- Enter your new FlexDelivery address during checkout.
- Canada Post will send you an email notification when it’s ready for pickup.

Don’t forget to bring valid government photo ID at pickup. The name on your ID should match the name used on the shipment whenever possible.
Card for Pickup
If package theft is a concern in your area, or you don’t want your package left at the door, Card for Pickup is a great option for secure delivery. Instead of delivering to your physical address or mailbox, Canada Post will direct your shipment to the closest post office near your shipping address.
To use this method, all you have to do is make sure you:
- Select a Canada Post shipping method when placing your order.
- Leave us a Customer Note at checkout. Example: “I would like my order to be shipped with Card for Pickup.”
- Our team will apply that option to your order during shipping.
- Upon delivery you will receive a Notice Card from Canada Post including the designated Canada Post office location.
- Show your notice card/government ID at the post office and pick up your package.
Canada Post PO Boxes
Many customers Rent a Canada Post PO Box for additional privacy or secure long-term delivery solutions. A PO Box provides you with your own dedicated mailing address at a Canada Post location.
PO Box pricing varies by community, box size, availability and rental term. You can expect approximately $60-$150 annually depending on the option you select. Contact Canada Post or visit your preferred local Canada Post office where a representative can explain available sizes, pricing and rental terms.

Please note that couriers like UPS and Purolator do not deliver to PO Boxes in general.
UPS Resources
Many customers don’t realize there are additional options for more control over eligible UPS shipments, or when they enter transit.
UPS My Choice®
UPS My Choice is a free service that allows customers to manage eligible UPS orders online, and in some cases make changes to how or where their shipment is delivered. You can register for UPS My Choice to gain more control over all your UPS shipments with any vendor. It’s not required to register for a UPS account though, you can also change your delivery as a Guest for a one-time adjustment if needed.
The real value of UPS My Choice
Depending on the shipment destination, UPS My Choice allows customers to:
- Receive automatic delivery notifications by email, text, or through the app
- View estimated delivery windows
- Redirect eligible shipments to a UPS Access Point for pickup
- Request delivery date changes
- Add delivery instructions
- Manage delivery preferences
- Request certain address changes on eligible shipments

Please note: Not all shipments qualify for all delivery management options. Available features are determined by UPS and may vary depending on the shipment, the service selected, the destination, and current shipment status. (Example: If the shipment is “Out for Delivery” changes can’t be applied.)
Redirect to a UPS Access Point (Change My Delivery)
- Wait until your shipment receives its first UPS scan.
- Open your UPS tracking information.
- Log in to your UPS My Choice account if you’re registered.
- Select “Change My Delivery” if the option is available.
- Follow the prompts provided by UPS.
Important information
- Delivery changes cannot be requested while your order is still being processed at our facility.
- Your shipment must first enter the UPS network and receive its initial scan.
- Not all shipments qualify for delivery changes.
- Some delivery adjustments may result in additional UPS fees.
- Some rural locations may not have UPS Access Point locations available.
- Delivery changes are ultimately subject to UPS approval and availability.

Purolator Resources
Purolator offers reliable delivery options all over Canada. If you need assistance with a Purolator shipment after it enters transit, please contact our team directly as soon as possible. We have excellent relationships with our carriers and we can get faster responses on your behalf.
