How Does It Work?

  • As soon as we ship your order, 5% of your order total (before taxes) is automatically added back to your account as rewards points.
  • $1 spent = 1 point earned.
  • Each reward point is worth $0.05 (e.g., 200 points = $10).
  • Rewards points can only be redeemed directly on our website at Checkout.
To get the most out of your points, we recommend saving up as many as you can before redeeming them. The longer you wait to redeem, the bigger the discount on your kratom order! Located at the bottom-right corner of any page on our site, you'll find the Rewards tab. Through it you can view your total accrued rewards points, check your redeem history, refer your friends and more! No matter what page you're browsing, this tab is always visible and is the quickest way to check your points balance at any time.

Bonus Rewards Points Promotions

Occasionally our team runs special BONUS Rewards Points Promotions, such as DOUBLE or TRIPLE the points promos and other limited-time rewards events. These are launched directly on our website as a pop-up or via our E-Newsletter when available! Make sure to sign up for our E-Newsletter when you place your order at checkout or through the form below.

Refer a Friend, Earn 200 Points

Want to earn some bonus points for inviting your friends to shop with us? Click the "Referral" tab. This feature lets you earn bonus rewards points by sharing BC Kratom with your friends. Here's how you do it:

  1. Click the "COPY" button to copy your unique referral link.
  2. Share your unique referral link with a friend (e.g., via email or text).
  3. Friends PASTE your link into their browser, directing them to our website where they'll receive a promo code to apply at Checkout for 15% OFF their first order.
  4. You'll earn 200 rewards points each time a friend places their first order with us.
