This might be the best experience I’ve had with any Canadian vendor so far. After my order was placed I received numerous emails confirming every step of the shipping process and thanking me for my business. It arrived perfectly packaged in above average quality vaccuum sealed bags. With a nice handwritten note on my physical receipt, a BCK sticker and a couple of those *classic* ginger chews! The kratom itself is of the best quality so far, nice fine grind and smells very fresh and funky, in a GOOD way. The slightly higher cost compared to other vendors is EASILY offset by everything mentioned above.
These guys really went that extra little step to start a good relationship between customer and supplier. Which is why I’m leaving this review and will be purchasing from BCK going foward.
