When you’re looking for a kratom company that will support your research, you have to go as deep as you can. The products they provide should be of research quality and support your research the best they can. Our HMG Kratom review, unfortunately, doesn’t cover much because we only have a handful to go with. Can they handle your order and be a vendor you can trust? Let’s find out.
HMG Kratom is a kratom vendor located in Ontario. What makes them different is that they accept orders only via phone. Yes, in today’s day and age, you would expect something of a more modern approach. But to each his own.
Back in 2019, they used to offer 21 varieties. Before there was an issue with Health Canada, many kratom vendors were playing the numbers game. The more strains you offer, the more you can serve customers. However, there seems to be a growing trend of going minimal with the strains.
Previously, these were what HMG Kratom offered.
We do have some questions about them. What’s the nature of their source in Indonesia? Are they dealing with a family-run kratom farm? Were the leaves harvested from wild trees?
Most importantly, are they lab-tested? Some HMG Kratom Review posts say they lab-test their products, but there’s no telling if they are or not.
What caught our attention on the list of products were the following.
There are no descriptions of these products, and no telling if these are still available. With the website so bare, we can only wonder what’s special about these strains.
This is a good question, considering it’s a phone-in transaction. In the past, they take Interac e-Transfer payments and Bitcoin. However, as of the moment, the site doesn’t mention if they’re still accepting both or just the Interac e-Transfer.
There’s no information on how HMG Kratom will deliver your order. Previously, though, they did offer free untracked shipping that takes 2-6 days to arrive. If your order is above $100 before taxes, then
It’s painful when you’re comparing the good and the bad when the scales are tipping on the latter. The website is simple and can greatly help people who get easily overwhelmed with information. Phone-in orders also give you a way to have a more personal transaction. You can tell them exactly what you’re after for your research, and they can recommend the best product.
However, with no updated reviews, we’re left wondering how the company’s fair now. The product list is also not updated, and there’s no option to order online. Doing online transactions gives customers the ability to be discreet with their order. It also gives people the chance to review their order and modify their order on their end. Not sure how going old school is doing much for them.
Unlike True North Kratom, HMG Kratom has reviews both on their website and on Google. Unfortunately, the reviews are more 3-4 years ago. Just for the sake of getting a base info, here’s the gist of what customers are saying.
The products are fresh; someone even said it’s the most aromatic botanical she’s ever purchased. Another said the shipping was fast. It took about 2 days for his order to arrive.
Outdated the reviews are, many seem to appreciate the kratom quality, efficient service, and fast delivery. Three qualities that you should always look for in a kratom vendor. Not worth the stress of getting a good product when you’re getting lousy service.
But we’ll say this again: These reviews are several years old. If they still operate the same way, then good for them! But with no new reviews, there’s no telling if they are as good as they were before.
This is going to be a tough one. We cannot recommend HMG Kratom with full confidence because of several reasons.
The outdated mode of taking orders is not something we can fully comprehend. It’s not a bad thing, but it does have several inconveniences. Some use social media to take orders, while others go on Reddit to connect with customers. They may be fixing something on their website; who knows? But it’s been a while, and the reviews are also not updated.
But our number one concern is your safety. Although previously they were known to test their products, it’s not certain how legit this claim is. Should you decide to order, you have to do what it takes to get a copy of the lab results. Note the year because it should be less than 2 years.
We end our HMG Kratom Review with a bit of disappointment. One should expect something better with a company that’s probably more than 4 years in the business. But it seems like they’re backtracking. We hope that HMG will get the energy that they had when they started. The world needs more reliable companies that will show how kratom can be a benefit for researchers instead of a risk.
